Pratt & Whitney Wins USD$800 Mln Contracts From China

Pratt & Whitney has received orders worth almost USD$800 million to supply engines to two Chinese carriers.

Air China ordered engines for 18 Airbus A320ceo aircraft, and Shenzhen Airlines for 13 A320ceos.

The A320ceo (current engine option) is still in production as Airbus switches to the more fuel efficient A320neo.
