Delta Getting Operations Under Control

Delta Air Lines cancelled 317 flights on Wednesday as it continues the process of returning its network to normal operations.

Delta said that of the 3,100 flights that operated, about two-thirds departed within 30 minutes of the scheduled time.

The airline said that it had extended its travel waiver and its offer of compensation to customers significantly affected by lengthy delays or cancellations.
