ADP Sells Airport Operator OMA Stake

Aéroports de Paris has completed the sale of its 4.3 percent stake in Mexican airport operator OMA.
The equity interest stake sale in Grupo Aeroportuario Centro Norte (OMA) was through an international private placement, ADP said. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
OMA operates 13 airports in central and northern Mexico.
