Hong Kong Airlines Confirms A330 Order

September 16, 2016

Hong Kong Airlines has ordered nine additional Airbus A330-300s to add to the 22 A330s it already operates.

The airline also has 15 Airbus A350s on order, with deliveries due from 2017.

"The A330’s flexibility… allows us to further deploy these aircraft to some long haul routes in the future, and we are going to operate the all-new A350 XWB in 2017 which will open a new chapter of our international operations," Hong Kong Airlines President Zhang Kui said.

The aircraft will be operated across a network which links Hong Kong with a wide range of destinations in Asia, and beyond.
