Turkey's TAV To Bid For Izmir Airport

Turkish airports operator TAV Havalimanlari Holding said on Tuesday it plans to bid by itself in the tender for rights to run international, domestic and CIP terminals at Izmir Airport, western Turkey.

TAV said the tender would be held on November 17, 2011, according to a statement to the stock exchange.

TAV has 12 companies operating in ground handling, airport operation, duty free shops, food and beverage, and IT and security services complementary to airport operations.
