Malaysia Airports Holdings has signed a concession agreement to build an integrated complex at Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2.

The construction costs of the MYR55.3 ringgit (USD$170 million) complex will be funded by external borrowings and shareholders equity, it said in a stock exchange filling on Thursday.

The concession agreement with WCT and Segi Astana will run for 25 years with an option to extend it for another 10 years.
