Spain's cabinet on Friday approved the creation of a holding group to manage the country's airports ahead of a partial privatisation.

The government wants to sell up to 49 percent of the loss-making airport group AENA, worth a total of around EUR€30 billion, as part of efforts to reduce a massive public deficit.
