Synergy Orders 62 A320neo Family Aircraft

Avianca parent Synergy Aerospace has completed a purchase agreement with Airbus for 62 A320neo-family aircraft.

The order is valued at around USD$6.7 billion at current list prices.

In a statement, Synergy said the A320neo will be the base of the fleet renewal and network growth strategy for Avianca Brasil.

The order marks over 1,000 aircraft Airbus has sold in Latin America.
