Canada's CAE said it sold four full-flight simulators and related training devices for CAD$60 million to customers including Russia's Aeroflot and CAE's joint venture project with China Southern Airlines.
The sales were booked in the first quarter and brings the total number of full-flight simulators sold to 11.
"These new simulators reflect the continued growth of aviation in emerging markets in Russia and China and further expand CAE's global presence in the airline and helicopter markets," said Jeff Roberts, CAE's Group President, civil simulation products, training and services.
