Serbia's flag carrier, JAT Airways, resumed flights on Monday afternoon after pilots ended a three day strike.
The Serbian government said it had agreed with representatives of the 220 pilots to set up a joint body to address their demands.
The pilots went on strike on Friday saying they had not been paid for two months.
They are also demanding the dismissal of JAT's senior management, among other measures including full compliance with international standards of efficiency and safety.
