Egyptair To Lease Six Boeing 787-9s From AerCap

Egyptair has agreed to lease six Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners from AerCap as part of the airline’s fleet renewal and expansion.

The companies made the announcement at the Dubai Airshow.

Dublin-based leasing company AerCap is the biggest customer for Boeing’s Dreamliner, with 115 delivered or on order.

Egyptair operates a fleet of mostly Boeing aircraft, mainly 737s. It also has eight Airbus A320-family aircraft and 10 A330s.
