CB Air To Buy Global Aviation

Brazilian air taxi operator CB Air will buy Global Aviation in a BRR38 million reais (USD$11.9 million) deal.

The combined companies will have a fleet of 32 aircraft.

The acquisition is subject to the approval of Brazil’s National Civil Aviation Agency, ANAC.
