Boeing Appoints GE’s McAllister As Commercial Planes Head

Boeing has announced changes to its senior management, with the appointment of Kevin McAllister as chief executive of its commercial planes division.

McAllister, CEO of GE Aviation Services, will replace Ray Conner who will stay on as Boeing vice chairman until next year.

GE Aviation Services maintains GE and CFM International commercial aircraft engines for airline customers.

Stanley Deal has been appointed chief executive of Boeing Global Services, a new division that will bring together customer services for commercial aviation, military, space & security divisions.

Boeing Global Services, the company's third major business unit, will be headquartered in Dallas, and be in full operation by the third quarter of 2017.
