Aircraft lessor Aviation Capital Group (ACG) announced an order for 35 Airbus A320-family aircraft, in a deal worth USD$3.76 billion at list prices.

ACG, a subsidiary of Pacific Life Insurance, ordered 30 A320neos, two A320ceos and three A321ceo aircraft. The deal includes options on an additional 10 A320neos.

The order adds to ACG’s A320-family orders, which now stand at 158, with 66 of those still to be delivered.

Separately, ACG announced the sale of a portfolio of Airbus A320 and Boeing 737-family aircraft to an unnamed financial investor. The aircraft are currently on lease to a number of international airlines, ACG said in a statement.
